  Pulled up and ordered, when we got to the window a girl with a ton of tattoos didn’t give us our receipt and forgot our drink…. Down the road as we were eating we realized they messed our order up

  Went through the drive through and was charged for three cinnamon twists, get our food and they didn’t give us them and just ignored us at the window. When someone did finally come to ask us about why we were still there, the woman gave so much attitude and then refused to give us a refund and told us to leave.

  Currently waiting in the drive through line for about 50 to 60 minutes. Placed an Online order 60 minutes ago. Haven’t even made it to the speaker to tell them I’m here to pick up my order. Maybe moved a total of 4 car lengths in this time. How can you even be open as a fast food joint. Tell people you can’t serve food of this is

  Only one good thing visiting this TB was the food was hot. This was supposed to be a quick stop as we were traveling to visit our daughter. This TB does not cater to customer service. Have to use a kiosk to order your food. Then it took over 20 minutes to get our food, two tacos and one burrito. I was beginning to think we were supposed to make our own. The person making the food appeared to be in jr. high and he needed help. Next time passing through we will not be stopping at this TB to catch a “quick” bite to eat.

  Have ordered here the last couple times as the mobile and go from the app. Gotta say the app is easy to use but it doesn't make up for the bad service at this location. Have to ask for your drinks every time you place a mobile order. It's supposed to be ready when your order is ready to pick up. Today the manager seen me standing at the counter but completely ignored me and did not come up to see if I needed help. Had to pull out my phone to call the store. All I got was a look and she went back to cleaning. I had to speak up and ask if I could get my large drinks. She still did not help me but ordered the drive thru person to get me my drinks. The guy messed up quite a few times before finally getting me two large cups. Had to go over to the machine and dump out the drinks and fill with what I wanted. This store even though its new to the chippewa area has some workers that need better training or just better workers in general. Very disappointed with this location and don't recommend mobile to go orders. I forgot to mention if you order for 2 people on one order, all your food will be piled into one bag and all your food will be smashed.
