  This young man, Dan, did a wonderful job with our sandwiches. It was an online order, and there were customers lined up while keeping his composer. Very professional. Just wish they had someone there helping him. Sadly, he is always alone. This young man needs a raise!!

  I placed an online order with 2 six inch subs and one foot long sub, I went to pick them up and once I arrived at work I noticed there were 3 six inch subs and we were missing part of the foot long, I called the store and no answer so I went back to the store to pick up the other part of the sub that was forgotten. I let them know know I was missing part of my online order and the manager called the girl up who made my order and had her re-make the sub. She was very rude about making the part of the sub she forgot to do in the first place. She told me she didn't forget it and did not want to make it. The manager was pleasant but McKenzie, who made my order was not and seemed very frustrated that she had to fix her mistake. I completely get forgetting part of the sub however, her attitude was not called for and completely inappropriate. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received today.
