    It's sad to see what was once a very nice, clean, successful mcdonald's turn into what it is today. The staff are always rude, they never take the front counter orders in under 10 minutes, leaving you standing there wondering if the POS system has been discontinued entirely. The orders are always wrong, the hygiene of the employees is abysmal, and the lobby is disgusting 87% of the time. Go to Lake Hallie if you want a decent McDonald's experience, its just down the road and MUCH MUCH MUCH better. Stop paying more for worse service.

    We ordered through doordash and we only got the sandwiches we were missing all of our fries and a McFlurry and when we called we got hung up on twice and the customer service was horrible we couldn't get anyone to talk to us.
