Overall, I would typically rate this location five stars. The food is consistently good, ambiance is nice, and the majority of the team provides friendly and efficient service. While there have been a few occasions where my order was incorrect, even after being remade, I understand that mistakes can happen.
That said, I do want to address a recent service issue that was disappointing. During a recent visit, my partner and I were assisted by a staff member named Shelby (red hair, mentioned only in case she was ringing under a different name). Her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated, was abrupt in her interactions, and handled items roughly, such as slamming cups, which made us uncomfortable as customers.
We frequent this location approximately four times a week, and after this interaction, my partner returned on a separate day and experienced the same attitude. Given how often we visit and how much we generally enjoy this location, this was particularly disappointing. In fact, we found ourselves questioning whether we had done anything wrong during the ordering process due to the negative reaction we received.
Because this is a small community with many regular customers who value this Jimmy John’s, consistent and respectful customer service is especially important. For this reason, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended, to help improve the customer experience and support staff development moving forward.

We ordered for delivery. They said 20 minutes. Called an hour later. We never received are order. They said they delivered it. I said we never received the food. I asked for a credit. Keith a manager hung up on me immediately. I called back and he said its not there responsibility. Someone must have stole it because the delivery driver said they rang the bell. Ive been sitting by the door the entire time. No one pulled up and no one rang the bell. The food was never delivered! I have a 27.00 charge and no food and they are refusing to credit. Complaint filed with corporate. Asked the manager his name. He said Keith and then said I could use it all day long. Rudest customer service ever.
Moved to town within the last three months and have become a regular customer at the establishment with a very consistent order of the hunters club with extra of my favorite toppings
Since I started coming here, they have hands-down become my favorite Jimmy John’s of all time every time they fulfill my needs, no hassle and amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere.

This has happened to me twice now. I order food around 4:50. It said out for delivery at 4:58, and being that my place is within 10 minutes of the store I was getting a little concerned when minute 25 came and went. I checked the tracker, and it said my food had been delivered. I opened my door there it was sitting there. No knock nothing. I had specifically asked them in delivery instructions to knock after the last time this happened. The food had clearly been sitting there for a minute as the sandwich was not fresh at all. It was a weird luke warm temperature like everything had warmed slightly while waiting at the door, and the mayo was starting to soak into the bread. Jimmy John's used to be great, but im utterly disappointed lately.
