Very unsanitary food prep conditions. No hair nets, employees did not wear gloves at anytime during the process. Touching raw food and then immediately touched cooked food. Won't be eating there anymore.

Not impressed after this is the second time I have came in for my pick up order. No one noticed me and never said anything. A guy walks in after me after I waited 10 minutes for my food and then a girl comes up and says can I help you? I said yeah I've been waiting with no one noticing me! Done!!

My driver left our order, 3 pizzas, on top of ice and snow in front of garage door! Hot pizza sitting on ice? How js that ok? Thoroughly disappointed! No Domino's here for a long time!

I am honestly baffled of how a business handles service, my wife ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and had to wait an extended period of time because the employees decided to give out her pizza to someone else and I understand mistakes happen but not offering any sort of compensation for the mistake. All the while they were standing around. We never have experienced this with the location in Eau Claire.

This is a very disappointing experience, and I apologize in advance for the length of this review. This was my first time ordering from this particular location. I placed an online order and went into the store to pick it up. Immediately upon entering, I noticed serious hygiene concerns. The employee handling food, identified as Kyle, was not wearing any gloves or hair covering while preparing and handing out food. I observed him touching his ears and earbuds and then returning directly to handling food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. When I raised my concern, I was told that gloves are only worn when removing hot items from the oven. Regardless, touching personal items and then handling food is unacceptable and unsanitary. It was around 9:45 p.m., and there were only a few orders being prepared at the time, including mine. When I got home and attempted to eat the food, the issues became even worse. The chicken appeared old, with dark spots, an unpleasant odor, and visible deterioration, clearly indicating it had been sitting for an extended period. I even used my phone light to inspect it further, and the condition was extremely concerning. The garlic bread steak was even worse. On the first bite, I felt hair in my mouth. When I removed it, I could clearly see multiple strands of hair throughout the food. This was extremely disturbing. The pizza was also stale and clearly not fresh. I called the store to report these issues, and the only solution offered was store credit. This was frustrating and unacceptable. I was hungry and concerned about food safety store credit does not resolve the seriousness of hygiene, contamination, and food quality issues. This is not about being overly particular; it is about basic cleanliness, food safety, and preventing cross-contamination. Employees sweating, touching personal body parts, not wearing gloves, and continuing to handle food without proper sanitation is a serious health concern. I have been a loyal Domino’s customer for many years, and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review regarding hygiene and food handling. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Photos are attached for reference.
