We finally gave up and asked for a refund. The manager stated our food was on the way out, but there's no way I could reward a place that can't make chicken tenders and burgers in under 39 minutes.

Close shop if you don't want to help customers. Never again.

We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the shorter man was able to take our order. He was extremely busy running the counter, the drive through, and making all the ice cream menu items. Twenty five minutes later he came over with my pumpkin blizzard but not my husband’s. We asked and paid for a caramel toffee cookie blizzard for him and suddenly he said can you take heath because we don’t have the other ingredients. We waited so long already so we said ok. My husband finally got his blizzard and we left about 35 minutes after we walked in. I took a spoon of my pumpkin pie blizzard and found no pie crust at all in it. Very disappointing as the description states pie crust. Also when going to use the restroom the door leading into the kitchen area was open and the floor was covered in waste (paper, food.) The shorter man kept saying he was dying and the taller man was saying he called and texted the manager but got no answer.
