    Not a fan of leaving bad reviews. But to some up 2 experiences in one word: Abysmal. Last month we went here and went inside. Ordered 2 blizzards. Got forgotten about. Asked for a refund after 25 minutes of not getting our ice cream. They had gotten a bus shortly after we ordered and we were patient. Messed up refund. We Left. Figured we would try again tonight. Wife asked me to pick up something on my way home. Ordered 2 meals at 8:55. Went inside at 9:20 after watching the people BEHIND me go inside to see what was going on with their food. The couple that had went inside for food around 9:10 were pretty much done eating there food. Strange. Service is absolutely ridiculous. Food was pretty much cold so what actually took so long? We will not be returning here- the store has yet to return last screw ups phone call.

    Waited in line for 20 minutes for one small vanilla cone, which was the smallest cone I’ve ever had. Guess it saved me on calories.

    Placed an online pickup order. Arrived at the "estimated ready time" and was told to drive around and they'll bring it out. 20 minutes later, a phone call to the store, and still no food. There were two whole customers in the store..... Unbelievable. I get this isn't fast--food, but how about any food??

    I feel bad for the young man takeing orders he was great. The other workers were horrible. Over an hour with hardley any customers in the store to get my 2 chili dogs ice cold and still waiting on the blizzard i ordered an hour ago. The young guy was running around doing what he could but didnt seem to be getting help
