  I ordered a $50 order and have a 6 minute drive home. The nacho fries were missing. That's fine because the nacho cheese was kind of gross and cold. The 4 crunchy tacos i ordered in the party pack were under the soft tacos in the box and broken, and everything was wet. Like way more wet than taco bell has ever been for me. And adding to the disappointment, this location was out of fire sauce entirely. The staff were all lounging around, literally sitting on storage shelves and the drive through window sill. The store was dirty and had a weird smell. Staff was pleasant, but i would be too if no one told me i was doing a bad job. What a massive disappointment?

  A week after opening, and this place is already terrible. Their fryer wasn't working, so half the menu was unavailable. They were out of Baja Blast. I was the only person inside the restaurant, and it took them at least 10 minutes to make my order. Their employees were rude as well. Terrible!

  I will say the woman at the drive thru window was a sweetheart! Wait was a little long for food but they just opened so maybe it’ll get better. The customer service will have me visit again.

  I recently moved to Cedarburg and someone must’ve alerted Taco Bell corporate because they erected this brand new Taco Bell mere months afterwards alleviating my half hour round trip to Saukville to get my fix. Staff is clearly new and doing their best. In true Cedarburg/Grafton fashion I feel this place is probably run almost exclusively by teens but I’ve already gotten some of the hottest freshest meatiest Taco Bell from this location so I’ll forgive the occasional inaccuracy. If you’re in Cedarburg and on the hunt for a more authentic Mexican cuisine there is a stellar taqueria just a few doors down but if you’re like me and need to make an occasional run for the border this place was desperately needed in a former Taco Bell desert.

  Food was fresh, came out fast, and employees were cool. Don't listen to the low star reviews. Place just opened. Every business has off days. If your first instinct is to go leave a negative review after a mild inconvenience, that's more telling on your character than anything else.
