The young guy who answered the phone at this location in Caledonia on Douglas St. was very nice, polite, attentive and true to his word. When I finally arrived to this fast food restaurant. I placed my order through the drive thru paid for it and went to the second window to pick it up. As I was about to drive away. The same young guy who I spoke to on the phone that evening in the drive thru recognizes my voice and remembered who I was. Let me tell you this young was very pleasant and even had mentioned for me to come back again and to have a great evening. I'm so glad that there still are good young people out there. I'll definitely go back to this fast food restaurant with my family and friends. Even, if it's a forty minute drive from my residency. Thank you so much for your assistance and kindness! Heat was not working in dining area, it was only 57 degrees is what the thermostat was reading. Me and my family decided to grab a quick bite to eat after seeing Christmas lights and we waited almost 40 min for our food, kids were playing in playland area so wasn’t really making a big fuss of it. Plus I’m an understanding human and seen they were busy but enough staff to get through it. Kevin was the manger on 12/13/25 around 7pm, he was amazing and the employee that was to be honest, everytime we went up to counter to ask ETA or just something being forgotten in orders because we are a big family and there was a lot of us he was there with such a pleasant attitude. Cant say the same for other employees working, there was a young girl working with him possibly Asian unsure of her ethnicity but she had such a nasty attitude. Being rude to guests no acknowledgment what so ever, to be honest unsure of what she was being payed for considering it seemed like Kevin was doing most of the work in the up front area for dining and drive thru. But Kevin was a 10/10 and he deserves a raise, also cooks whoever they were was so careless with food, food was cold which made no sense considering how busy they were everything should’ve been fresh! Just a sad experience and I hope something done about it, Kevin was the only positive thing in the whole experience.

Don’t order food here online or through their app, if it has a mocha or frappe they will cancel it and hold your money for 7 days before they refund you, three times in two weeks, unacceptable and they always forgets things. Never going back here again. The management should be fired
