  Alex, Katie and the staff are wonderful and very friendly. The pizza is amazing and would go back there to order another one.

  Ordered delivery through Pizza Ranch. Food itself was good, but the delivery experience was disappointing. Order was placed at 1:55 pm, picked up at 2:24 pm, and delivered at 2:46 pm for what is about a 5 minute drive. Because of the delay, part of the order, especially the chicken, did not arrive hot. The driver was polite and professional. When I called the store, I spoke with Alex, who told me the issue was not their responsibility because the delivery was handled by DoorDash. There was no attempt to help resolve the situation, which was frustrating given the order was placed directly through Pizza Ranch. I also left a $10 tip and expected a more direct and timely delivery. This also hasn’t been an isolated issue. My last couple delivery experiences from this location using DoorDash have had problems, including long delays and orders not being picked up promptly. Just something to be aware of if ordering delivery.

  I honestly don’t know where the high ratings are coming from. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I guess the Burlington locals have low expectations because this was horrendous. I would give zero stars for everything if I could. We had a terrible experience at this location. We drove to this one based on ratings alone. They don’t offer nearly as much as other locations first of all. The Roscoe location is way better. Shocker. They barely had anything on the buffet, not enough pizza for the amount of customers. We sat around waiting for over 2 hours waiting for food to be put out. we paid 40$ for an all you can eat buffet to have literally nothing but salad and breadsticks to eat not even the cheesy sticks either just the regular ones. The chicken was pink and cold just old and not very good. The whole time I was there I had one bite of a cold old pizza. The cookies were literally raw when told about this issue the old man ignored me and didn’t even take them off the counter or replace them with properly cooked cookies. They left them there and continued to let children and adults eat it. No deserts besides the salmonella cookies. They could not keep up with the customers coming in or the buffet counter what so ever. Only options were corn and mashed potatoes. With no real buffet options on the counter we decided to order a pizza. 2 hours we did not get it. Some kid spilled ice cream all over the floor and instead of somebody cleaning it up an employee just walked over and covered it with a floor mat. Half the staff doesn’t know how to work the computer system. The oven went down. Staff didn’t show up to work. A child was trying to show a staff member a huge ranch mess at the silverware counter but he just walked out and ignored the child. A handful of people demanding refunds. The arcade was small just a rip off and a waste of time. You’re better off going to chuckie cheese for pizza and the arcade tbh. And last but not least The bathrooms were filthy. Honestly Just Overwhelmed and possibly short staffed team that didn’t seem to care about anybody’s experience and money spent. We ended up leaving not very happy. The dinner team shift was way more professional and empathetic than the morning/ noon shift. Not sure what’s going on but they need a new team to get it together. The manager was lovely I believe the team is sinking him I feel very bad for him he seemed to be working very hard and was very apologetic wearing multiple hats doing multiple jobs alone. Not his fault. he deserves a better team that faces problems and shows up instead of running to the back to hide. We Will not ever come back to this location. 😊
