We love Taco Bell but this is getting very ridiculous. We are Vegetarian and the last 4-5 times we’ve been coming here they’ve been getting our order wrong. They accidentally put chicken instead of black beans, and Beef instead of refried beans. Taco Bell we might not come here anymore! Or maybe add new vegetarian options and vegan ones.

I came here for a quick bite to eat nothing too crazy simple meal. The crunchy tacos were soggy and falling apart. It seems like they had been sitting on the side and they threw them in the bag to get rid of it. The “crispy chicken burrito” more like chicken brick jerky. I almost chipped a tooth on how hard and dry the chicken was. Not to mention the girl at the window not only took my card for the transaction WITH gloves on. Used those SAME gloves to go back on the line and prepare my food. Made me question on how long she was using those same gloves. Honestly I should’ve just got my money back right there but lesson learned. The management needs to properly train their employees on food service etiquette. The line cook also did not have a hair net on. I wouldn’t come back here if I wear dying of hunger. Not worth your time or money eat elsewhere for your own health!
