They actually appeared to genuinely like their job and care! So much so, when they realized my sister wasnt eatting the pizza due to a pinapple allergy (ironically all the pizzas that day had pineapple that day) they went above and beyond to rectify the issue (even though she was perfectly happy with the just as delicious chicken).
