This is the third time of going to Pizza Hut that it was just ok, nowhere near as great as it used to be. I guess that I will be going to a local pub from now on that is better. It will be a long time before I go back to Piza Hut.

Aka never, they will not let you speak to a "manager" as its to much of an inconvenience for them to do their job, even better when youre asking for a manager to figure out this situation they choose to hang up on you. On top of not giving their nane so you can speak to someone at a later time about their poor attitude and ability to do their job. Ask for the employees name and they will hang up on you and not get someone who actually can do something about the problem as they staff is clearly incapable of doing so. Very sad to see how run down this store has become in the comunity. Better off just closing the doors as they're never open anyway.
