  Ordered 3 subs 30.00 worth and go through the drive through. Get to our destination and all 3 subs are burnt at the bottom and hard as a rock

  Our order was placed and confirmed at four fifty nine on a saturday. The website says they're open until nine. We get there at five fifteen , and the music is blaring and nobody's answering and they tell us they close at five on a saturday. Then he tells us our order needed to be placed before 5.They confirmed at four fifty nine , and if they wanna close at five , then post it on the website. The Burlington associates close when ever they want. It is a hit and miss customer service.A hit and miss for being open. Love the food but scrappy service. Be consistant!

  Want to place a mobile order at 5 PM on a Sunday night, February 1. It said I could not place an order and I should call the store. Drove by and saw that the store was actually closed during the dinner hour. This is not the first time that this has happened and it is very disappointing and ridiculous.

  Shut this location down already. Or fire all the staff and replace them with more competent people. Current employees and management clearly don’t care since they choose to close down early whenever they feel like despite the app and Google claiming they’re open until 9pm. This has been an ongoing issue for the last couple years and apparently no one can be bothered to do anything about it.

  Sad to write a negative review. Last night, went through the drive thru at 7:50. Sat and sat waiting for someone to speak. Drove to the window. Make direct eye contact with 2 employees who then just went on about their business. Sit for another 5 minutes thinking, ok, they will come, they seen me. Nope. Go and park. Open the door and a worker said can I help you? Are you open? (Mind you, place is lit up like a Christmas tree, including the drive thru). No, we are closed. Um…..it says open until 9? He kind of backs me up and out the door and then locks it. I happened to stay in the lot for another minute or two. Never turned the outside lights off. Super weird, super rude and disappointing.
