My husband got it for me and read my order to them so I know it wasn’t his fault. I tried to get a refund but the virtual chat is down and I can’t find the email form. I tried calling the store and it says the number can’t accept calls.

I was sitting in the window, staring at my coffee for 10 min while three people walked by as slow as they could, and then my drink was wrong so they had to remake it. It was an iced latte. It wasn’t a complicated drink. They really need to get a new staff at this location. Absolutely horrible.

You walk in, say you placed an order on the app and then they look at the order. This place is very conveniently located so I keep trying (probably six times) but I can’t get them to look at the app orders. It is a nice, clean location and the employees are very nice, so it is a shame that they don’t pay attention to app orders.
