I got charged for no ice and you’ll get charged for a pup cup, hash does always burnt, floppy, and cold.. this location is very greedy.. I do not recommend this place why work if you can’t understand customers, menu, or your job..? Im paying $15+ for Bs Do better.
- HFHeda FallahiMar 19, 20261.0This dunkin gave our mobile order pickup to someone else and had my coworker waiting in the drivethrough for 30 minutes arguing about just simply remaking the order. My coworker had the order confirmation on his phone!!! They continued to battle with him and not simply take accountability for their mistake and remake a $20 order without having to confirm with the "owner", They kept saying they gave it to us, WELL WHY WOULD WE BE THERE TO PICK IT UP... On top of that the reason we mobile order is to also make sure we have the stickers on the drinks for those who have allergies and they did not do that. Terrible service and I will never be ordering from this location again due to the customer service.

My husband got it for me and read my order to them so I know it wasn’t his fault. I tried to get a refund but the virtual chat is down and I can’t find the email form. I tried calling the store and it says the number can’t accept calls.
