One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The man who works that works at this location is very cold and rude. I don’t think this is a job meant for him if he hates interacting with people so much that he makes it obvious as you’re just ordering. I wanted to order a waffle bowl and instead of just kindly telling me they’re out, he coldly replies with “no waffles.” I then decided to order a smoothie instead and there’s just no acknowledgement whatsoever. He put the order in and the pay screen came up, no words from him or anything, I pay and then he walks away and starts making it, not even a simple “okay”.
I wanted to use my rewards but I was too afraid to bother and disturb him even more by asking about scanning for my rewards points lol.

I’ve been to this location before with no issues, but the worker had a scowl on his face and seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Felt very unwelcome.

Im 15 minutes post visit and the guy working there now just needs to go. He doesn't speak, he always has an angry scowl on his face, and just the act of walking in the store is clearly an inconvenience. There is no acknowledgment that you’re even there. If he moved any slower he would go in reverse. People waiting for pickups don't know whats what because he doesn't communicate at all. One family actually left the store while waiting to order because he doesn't do anything. While making the items he mutters to himself angrily. Theres no hello, thank you, communication of any kind. Just anger. This clearly isn't the job for him and I definitely will not be returning as long as he works there.

I visited Jamba Juice for the first time and the food and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location due to the staff’s attitude. While I was standing off to the side looking at the menu, I was abruptly asked if I was ready to order and given a dirty look until I began. When I asked a question about an item, the response was rude, and I was cut off mid-order with “Size?!” After taking my order, the employee walked away without another word. The customer behind me received the same treatment and was repeatedly cut off as well. I was never given a receipt, and the total on the register kept changing, so I’m not even sure I was charged correctly.
