  Never dined in, but I've been ordering delivery for 10+ years whenever we're in Wisconsin. . .whether this location in MKE or multiple in Madison, they've got the same delicious consistency and great customer service down. (Delivery times have always been spot on as well) No hyperbole, the cardiac arrest is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Can't go wrong with the cheese sticks either. Well done Glass Nickel! Keep it up and you have a customer for life.

  Food was good, definitely not worth the price. I paid $40 for 2 10” pizzas before tip/fees. Also a $6 delivery fee(not including tip) when i’m less than a mile away?? Y’all are getting greedy.

  The garlic breadsticks were the clear standout—expertly executed with a light, airy texture and a balanced richness that avoided any hint of dryness. Each bite delivered on both flavor and consistency, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t quite rise to that same level. While structurally sound, it lacked cohesion. The sauce either leaned too subtle or was applied too sparingly, leaving the overall flavor profile feeling incomplete. The toppings showed promise—the sausage in particular tasted high-quality and well-seasoned, while the pepperoni delivered a familiar, satisfying bite—but both were noticeably sparse. The crust was well-prepared and enjoyable on its own, but without a more assertive sauce or better ingredient distribution, the pizza struggled to come together as a whole. In the end, it’s a respectable effort with flashes of quality, but not compelling enough to stand out in a crowded field. For now, I’d still lean toward a more consistent and budget-friendly option like Papa John’s.

  Picked up a few pizzas to sample including a vegan one. Put in an delivery order for 10 the next day for the super bowl the next week. Order was right on time, and they all looked great. Price was good compared to other catering options. Will be my goto for pizza catering if needed again. 10 fed 30 people easily.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Glass Nickel Pizza in Brookfield. Brian (one of the managers) went above and beyond for my basketball team. He took care of us, the pizza order provided plates and everything we needed, and even sent us off with some coupons for next time. His customer service was outstanding, positive, energetic, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to interact with someone who cares that much about making sure customers have a great experience. Thank you, Brian, for taking care of our team. We truly appreciate it and will definitely be back! #Brandon
