- JKJuro Kusnir3 days ago3.0I was so excited to see this location open up, but it's not living up to the expectations. I just got my 6th order in the last couple months. Three of the six orders were wrong. When I go back and complain, they fix it, but I don't want to keep going back every other time I order. This is vastly different from any other Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've visited.

I quickly told them to cancel my smoothie order and they tried to assure me it was clean, I refused. when I asked what kind of meat they use (my daughter has a severe gluten allergy) the lady got defensive and rude and said , I quote “it’s basis meat I’m assuming *shoulder shrug* don’t order food here if your picky”. DONT GO IN PERSON OR ONLINE WITH THE CONDITIONS THEY ARE COOKING THIS FOOD IN

The three employees made me feel welcome and helped me spectacularly. I would come back just to hang out with them! I wish I took down their names, they all deserve a massive raise. Great job finding such great talent!

Man at the register was rude and rushing everything, even me as I spoke. While waiting a I watched him being sooo rude to a man who spoke no English, saying you ordering or picking up ? You just gonna shake your head and not answer. 3x & him and the 2 ladies behind the counter making fun of customers waiting & swearing. Just unpleasant to witness.. I wont be coming in to order anymore thats for sure.
