The other employee picked whatever it was out of the bowl and they laughed about it and closed the lid. The employee was about to give it to the customer then made eye contact with me. She asked what should she do now. They all saw I was watching. Then and only then, they decided to remake it. Turned my stomach so I left without a word. I have no idea what she removed from the bowl. Gross.

It was always one of my favorite locations and I had previously given this location a 5 ⭐️ review for their excellence. However, ownership has changed. And you can tell. In a very OBVIOUS way. The team that now runs it.. an elderly lady (whom I’m assuming manages ?? + a young woman and a young man) they’re not professional at all. The food doesn’t taste the same as it does at every other Qdoba I’ve been to. They’re stingy with their servings even though the serving utensils they use are standard measuring utensils. I’ve given this new crew an opportunity to try to do a job well done.. and I will be doing my best to avoid this location.
