Saw multiple workers chatting around, touching their noses, and digging around in the trash with gloved hands then presumably touching and bagging up food. It was like $17 for a small beef, fries, and a drink. Completely outrageous for what is purported as a fast food chain. I think it’s time to close the book on this once great chain as the quality and service has taken a complete nosedive while prices continue to increase for an inferior product.

Never ever disappoints and the value for the money is fantastic. Much better than some of these other commercialized places like shake shack which in my opinion is nowhere near worth the money you're paying for it.

After 12 mins I asked lady making fries where my order was bc I still haven't gotten it amd people before and after me most of them were already eating. She said they working on it Another 8mins go by and I went to the cashier and she just like were backed up. No they weren't. They apparently forgot my order bc 5 more mins later I finally had my food. She forgot the cheese and the fries were still raw. The beef was good but that's it. Horrible experience. I will not be back
