    Staff is trained on how to work the drive thru mike and take your money, but clueless about the food, so don't bother asking any food related questions because apparently they don't know anything. (the ppl that are making your food) buyer beware!

    To be honest, what’s the point of a drive thru when they still take forever to make it? I waited 20 minutes in line just for a bagel. And the fact that you don’t have the option to leave cause the lane is too narrow during rush time is not safe. Love Panera, but I think the drive thru is not effective unless it’s just pick up and go.

    Totally sold out of Bagels at 9:30 am. Seriously none. Zero bagels. I looked at the menu for a few minutes and decided to leave with nothing as they were sold out of what I wanted. Definitely would not return to this location.

    I just had the worst experience. Apparently, the person was too lazy to call my name and let me know my food was ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes the guy that took my order noticed me waiting for my food! Once I arrived home, of course food was cold, I wanted to throw it in the garbage! Not only was it cold but I had more bread than meat. I will never go to that location again! This is a pic of the crap I received!

    Went through drive through at 5 pm tonight and after finding out I have celiac and can’t have gluten. I wasn’t feeling good already and they were really rude. They seemed bothered to be asked to check if the autumn soup had gluten in it.
