  The Cafe floor was filthy tables were not clean, bus station was over filled with dirty dishes on the top of the station my plate with my food arrived with a huge chip in the plate. The parking lot was loaded with trash. This is not how I typically see a Panera Bread Store.

  The produce sucks, not much of its fresh or its stocked incorrectly but I guess its the time of the season also. The staff are always friendly though.

  Staff is trained on how to work the drive thru mike and take your money, but clueless about the food, so don't bother asking any food related questions because apparently they don't know anything. (the ppl that are making your food) buyer beware!

  To be honest, what’s the point of a drive thru when they still take forever to make it? I waited 20 minutes in line just for a bagel. And the fact that you don’t have the option to leave cause the lane is too narrow during rush time is not safe. Love Panera, but I think the drive thru is not effective unless it’s just pick up and go.

  Totally sold out of Bagels at 9:30 am. Seriously none. Zero bagels. I looked at the menu for a few minutes and decided to leave with nothing as they were sold out of what I wanted. Definitely would not return to this location.
