Headed to drive through before I headed home, quick service and was given an additional apple pie, fast service and was happy to get an added bonus!!!!

This place is litterly the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to with my boyfriend and i came here on our way home from dells and terrible customer service rude people, I had a burger with no seasoning on it, the employees didnt give a shit about nothing! the nuggets were cold the fries were cold my soda was falt worst place ever!!! Customers should always come first but not here!!!!!!

I stopped by this McDonald’s today (October 9, 2025, around 4:32 PM) and ordered a Filet-O-Fish (token number 253). The staff said my food was already handed over, but I never received it. At that moment, there were only a couple of kids besides me, so it was clearly a mix-up.
Instead of verifying or checking the situation, the employee insisted the order was given out. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management reviews the camera footage and ensures better handling and communication going forward.

Worse service I’ve gotten at a McDonald’s , to Start the customer service was terrible it felt like the worker was just trying to get me out as quickly as possible when it wasn’t even busy. When I was receiving my order it was wrong. So ended up going back around to order again and i purchased 4 mcchickens amd only got 2. I feel like every time i come during the late hours the workers just don’t care to do there job properly.
