The staff said my food was already handed over, but I never received it. At that moment, there were only a couple of kids besides me, so it was clearly a mix-up. Instead of verifying or checking the situation, the employee insisted the order was given out. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management reviews the camera footage and ensures better handling and communication going forward.

When I was receiving my order it was wrong. So ended up going back around to order again and i purchased 4 mcchickens amd only got 2. I feel like every time i come during the late hours the workers just don’t care to do there job properly.
