  Literally the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. They were out of turkey. I ordered an unwich combo. There was no ice in the machine and then soda was out as well. Came out like selzer. After waiting a really long time for the guy to chop onions he gave me a bread sandwich. Incorrect order. He was the only employee there. And the place was dirty and gross

  They hung up on me after informing me they had to return to the store to get my order after it being listed as “out for delivery” for 40 minutes, and after i called to ask why my order listed as “delivered” when i never received it. I waited an entire hour for my order when my delivery location was 1.3 miles away from the store. The employee did not apologize or offer to rectify the situation in any way. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. Don’t eat here.

  Don’t order from here if you expect it to be on time or made correctly. They might run out of bread at 4pm which everyone knows is peak mealtime. We should have known better seeing almost every review on here is negative.

  This location is HORRIBLE! I should have known with their 2.2 star reviews! I scheduled a pickup order for Saturday at 10am when they opened and when I arrived at 10:05 the door was locked. I stood there for a few minutes before they walked over and opened the door like it was an inconvenience. I got a variety of subs for friends that were visiting for the day and my wife and her friend BOTH got FOOD POISONING from the Beach Club!! If you are smart you would avoid this location based on these reviews.

  Terrible decision to order. No confirmation of online order, called to confirm and they said they’d received the order. Two hours later, no delivery and they stopped answering the phone. Absolute trash.
