  Ordered delivery and never received it, and support ignored me. edit: Oh the irony. Jimmy John’s responded to my review asking me to tell them what happened… I already did. I received an email from the Area Manager, who then ghosted me. That’s kinda the whole point of this review. Yikes.

  I’ve been here twice. The first time they were playing heavy metal music so loud I had to leave and eat in my car. The second time, the AC was so cold I had to leave. Guests should be comfortable in your establishment not made to leave because they are so uncomfortable.
