He was kind enough to bring me a smoothie (which was also great!) when he saw I got into a car accident right outside on the road. He brought it to me and gave me a hug which brought me to tears. He is truly the sweetest and deserves so much!! <3

I wanted to share the stellar customer service we received from Tamika, she was absolutely fantastic! She not only was pleasant, she kept us aware of our order and made suggestions that my son really appreciated. She gave everybody the same, excellent customer service and should be the star on a customer service video or training in every new employee because she’s amazing. Thank you for a great experience Tamika!

I had told him I hadn't ever been there, and couldn't exactly see the small words on the menu on the back wall, so I then asked him what was all in the smoothie bowl?. He acted like I was wasting his time because I asked him a question. The smoothie bowl was extremely liquid, could have drank it with a straw. Not very easy to eat with a spoon. Then he asked if I was a rewards member. No, I've never been here before, I told you that. His response was rude. Wasn't impressed. Won't be returning.
