- NNNeilNov 15, 20251.0Worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered a pizza through Grubhub, selected the toppings available on the app, and paid in full. A $30+ for a pizza, but that is a separate story. Then I received a call from the restaurant accusing me of “not paying for the toppings” — even though I paid for them and not paying for a topping weren’t even an option on Grubhub in the first place. The person who called (Ryan) was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me like I was trying to get something for free. I was basically threatened that they “can’t give stuff for free,” and “next time i will have to charge you extra”, when I was simply ordering exactly what the app allowed. How is that my fault? The tone, attitude, and complete lack of respect were shocking. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be reporting this issue to Grubhub and making sure they review how this store treats paying customers. I will not be ordering from Glass Nickel Pizza Brookfield again and would ask people to refrain from doing the same.
