Let me start by saying that we would consider ourselves fairly regular diners here.
We had 6 o’clock reservations and showed up at about 4:30 to have a cocktail at the bar and buy a couple gift cards. When we approached the bar after purchasing our gift cards we noticed there were only four people sitting there. Great we thought, plenty of space. Nope !! There were two seats reserved to the left and three seats reserved to the right. When I asked about how you reserve bar seats because I’ve never seen nor heard that as an option here, they said they were reserved for “regulars”. Mind you, social hour is from 3-6pm.
It was 4:30 and those five seats have been empty that entire time. The host said that a few other people had come in to sit at the bar and left because they couldn’t. We asked to speak with the manager. She said we were more than welcome to sit at a booth or a high top. Well, that’s not what we came in for. We are bar people and we like to socialize, hence “social hour”. As small business owners ourselves, this makes absolutely zero sense. To leave those seats unoccupied for 3hrs (maybe more) incase an ambassador regular decides to mosey in today….
The manger couldn’t have cared less if the entire place was empty, she still gets her paycheck. Maybe a regional manager should ask the bartenders how they feel about that ?!
We canceled our 6 o’clock reservation and went to Eddie Martini’s instead where we were greeted with a smile and a “hey, how are the two of you” as we are fairly regulars there as well.
Anyone wanna buy our gift cards ?

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and we will definitely be coming back. The best customer service we have experienced! We were kindly greeted at the front desk right away and then seated. The first thing I noticed was a “happy anniversary” card on our table with the employees names signed inside, small things like this are very much appreciated and so genuine! Our server Noah was great, he was friendly, explained the menu to us, gave us some great recommendations and ensured we were having a great experience. The manager Josh truly gave us an experience we will never forget, he greeted us with some complementary wine to celebrate and we had a great conversation with him. We have been traveling to Milwaukee daily about 45 minutes from home, visiting our newborn in the NICU and by the end of the night our bill was fully paid for! Not only did we get to celebrate our anniversary at an amazing restaurant with great food and great service, but we also had a great experience for our last anniversary together before our babygirl comes home. We are truly thankful for such an amazing experience, thanks again Noah and Josh, we will be back in the future when our daughter can eat some steak!

Took my daughter for her 17th birthday (she loves steak!). The team was amazing - several associates stopped by to say happy birthday and sent over a special treat as a gift. The food was absolute perfection and loved the new offerings (I ordered the scallops and they were AMAZING). The Operating Partner (Cheng) stopped by, along with the manager. Our server, Jake, was knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

My children and 2 grandchildren took me out to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was a great evening. They had the table set up so nice with a little decor and a birthday card from the staff. We started with the shellfish tower because seafood is my favorite. It was excellent. Everyone tried different entrees and enjoyed their selections. I shared 2 lobster tails and a filet. Both were delicious. The cocktails and dessert wine were excellent. I received a birthday surprise of some truffles that are delicious. The staff was great. Very upbeat and attentive. Thank you for making this one of my best birthdays with my family.
