They definitely changed the beef. It wasn't the same look or taste. Very disappointed 😞. They staff, however was very friendly and upbeat.

I didn’t feel Five Guys was anything special. The food was good but still is just a burger. The free peanuts are a nice touch and the staff were great. I was ok with the prices they charged. The atmosphere and decor of the store I visited didn’t add to the experience, even though it seemed like it was designed to. If I am with someone and they said, “hey, let’s go to Five Guys”, I would go, it just won’t be me making the suggestion.

Terrible service the girl talked instead of making our food and the manager didn’t say a word.. find another five guys if you want your food hot. This one is not the one you want to go to.

Watched the employee empty the garbage, and then touch food without washing his hands or changing gloves
