Had such a negative experience receiving the wrong order. When telling the manager, Aniyah, she was rude and didn’t know how to make the situation right. Other employees were nice and apologetic! Ended up leaving without any food. Will not be coming back.

Rude and very strange. I said no rice or beans and she gave me a stank look, asked me so you just want chicken? I said no i just dont want rice and beans i want the other stuff. She still proceeded to walk to the register, had tell her to walk back. Then gave me another stank look because i wanted queso after she asked me??? The guy was no better I said cheese and he barely put any on there. Not to mention my hotel is 5 mins away and my food was cold after i got back to it. It was not enjoyable.

This is a corporate problem, not so much this location, but there is no way to reach customer support, and none of the employees at this location could help (I tried 3). So for years, I’ve enjoyed the benefits of chipotle‘s reward system. Recently they’ve added protein bowls to the menu, which is great. The problem is they have not updated the app and reward system to be able to use said points on said product. I suggested that an equivalent would be double protein because it’s literally just scooping meat into a cup. They would not accept it. They were not helpful in problem-solving. So here we are complaining on Google maps. Get it together chipotle.

Twice I've been here in the last month and their doors are closed for one reason or another. The first time, they had a water issue - understandable.
This time, they have "digital order pickup only" and no explanation as to why. The dining area appeared totally open and the restaurant was staffed, but you could not order to dine in.
I eat Chipotle 5 days a week, and will no longer go to this location due to a general inability to be open reliably.

Arrived at 9:15pm, a full 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to closing, and this location was out of steak. The problem was that both grills were completely shut down which means they couldn't cook any more food since at least 8:30pm or even earlier. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But this same location was out of guacamole the day before at just after 9pm, which was a full 2-hours prior to closing. And no one made any attempt to make any more. The staff here do not clean the tables very often which is frustrating and I see the staff at night eating chips, standing around talking. All of that is normal I guess for a young staff. But if your open until 11pm and make a big deal about being open late, then at least have the food on Friday and Saturday nights which is probably the nights most likely to attract a later crowd.
