  I have visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill at Bluemound Road several times, both for quick weekday lunches and casual dinners, and overall it has been a dependable stop when I want something filling without spending too much time. This location delivers what most people look for from Chipotle: consistency, speed, and the comfort of knowing exactly what you are going to get. The ordering line usually moves at a reasonable pace, even during the lunch rush. The staff generally does a good job keeping things organized and calling out orders clearly. On most visits, the employees have been polite and efficient. They may not always be overly chatty, but they are focused and respectful, which I personally appreciate when the place is busy. When I have asked for small customizations, like extra fajita veggies or lighter rice, they have been accommodating without attitude. Food quality has been solid overall. The ingredients usually look fresh, and the hot items are actually hot, which is not always a given with fast casual spots. The chicken and barbacoa have been well seasoned on my visits, and portions are fair for the price. Bowls tend to be packed well, and I rarely leave feeling shorted. On a couple of occasions, the rice was slightly dry, but nothing bad enough to ruin the meal. The chips are generally crispy and fresh, and the guacamole has been consistently good here. Cleanliness is another positive. The dining area is usually tidy, tables are wiped down regularly, and the drink station stays in decent shape even during peak hours. Restrooms have been clean on my visits, which says a lot about how the location is managed. That said, this location is not perfect. During very busy times, orders made through the app can take longer than expected, and the pickup shelf can feel a little chaotic. A bit better organization around mobile orders would improve the experience. Seating can also be limited during rush periods, so you may end up taking your food to go. Overall, this Chipotle does a good job of delivering what the brand promises. It is not trying to be fancy, and it does not need to. It is a reliable place for a quick, satisfying meal with consistent food quality and a hardworking staff. If you are in the area and craving a burrito bowl or tacos, this location is a safe and dependable choice.

  So I placed my order while sitting in the parking lot. I was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. I watch the status and it never changed. So 12 minutes later I walked inside. There I discovered that my order was already prepared, but was not updated in the system. On my way home I discovered that the queso Blanco I paid for was missing from the protein bowl. I never eat at Chipotle and I never planned to go back after this experience.

  My food is great but if I am paying $1.95 for chips it would be nice if they put them in my bag. I really didn't think I'd need to check when I ordered in store but goes to show you do.
