Recemtly the sandwiches are usually overcooked....coming out crunchy on both the chorizo and the ham and Swiss. Requested to be on thw the softer side and was told by thw employee...they have no control on how the product is cooked. I dont think ill be ordering anything that needs cooking until they can figure out why everything is overcooked. I love the products when prepared correctly. Very concerned on how this might effect my neighborhood favorite coffee place.
