This is our second time visiting the Bonefish Grill within one year. Both times the service and food were excellent!! Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately this location continues a downward trend, cost cutting at every corner while continuing to increase prices. What once was a monthly featured/seasonal vegetable choice has been on permanent hiatus for 5+ years offering nothing but uninspired and undercooked broccoli. Fish portions seem to have shrunk, salmon no longer offers a large portion just the larger price. Last two visits both salmon and mahi mahi were pathetically overcooked. Stay away from the key lime pie unless you want to see the worlds smallest sliver of pie (appears to be 1/3 of an actual slice) but again at $12 you’re paying for a full slice. As a regular patron since the beginning our visits have started the downward trend and this no longer inspires us to return, which is sad to say given how consistently on point this restaurant has been over many years.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Our server Lily had a terrible attitude from start to finish and acted like helping us was an inconvenience. Rude tone, zero friendliness, and absolutely no effort to provide decent customer service. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant, no matter how good the food might have been. If this is the level of service they allow, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant and the food was so hot when it came that the third piece of fish was just as hot as the first & second piece.. The seasoning and flavor was to die for. I'll definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful house salad with shrimp. I ordered online (easy) and picked it up curbside. It was brought out to me before I had time to notify staff through their text! Great food, friendly staff and accurate order. I'll be back.
