There is no balance, no interesting use of flavor, sweet, salty, sour, acid. We came for breakfast today, and can now say we have tried breakfast to dinner. Each time, I’m bored by the repetitive menu, lack of innovation in their sauces. No salt or pepper on the table to help out the flavor. We just received one fork, no spoon or knife, as a result trying to eat the chicken and waffle taco, scrambled egg and Bacon and Chorizo was a mess. The black beans are so thin, the fork can’t pick them up. The rice is dry and also just offers nothing memorable. The bacon has a little smoke but that did nothing for the dry eggs with pico plopped on top. I hate to be negative, so I’ll just assume it’s Covid’s fault, (from 5 years ago) and I just can’t taste right???? Atmosphere is meh, music is loud! Waitress was slow.

I would appreciate if you can do a taste check or appropriate training if you have someone new at the bar. The margaritas don’t taste the same. It’s been 2 times this week and all I got was a tequila lemonade. Trust me you would not want to loose your best and loyal customers.
