Just about halfway through taking our order, she said she couldn't do our order anymore. Just doesn't make sense how you'd already be halfway through the order and then say your closed. Used to like this store but keep having bad experiences more and more I come.

As the car ahead of us got their drinks, we pulled up and the girl began to take our order. After she had me repeat my order, she had a question about how to change the customization so she went and asked another worker. Then she comes back to us and says that they wouldn’t be able to serve us because it was 10pm. I get it if we showed up at 10:05 but we were there before 10 and she started to take our order. It’s just really disappointing as it seems like every time we go to this location our orders are wrong or there is some sort of issue.

People taking my order have an attitude, take my order wrong. Don’t even give me a chance to say that it is wrong after they fling the cups at me and walk away. I get that it can be overwhelming and fast paced working there. But after having a couple visits like this, I’m not sure what the issue is. Also my usual order of just an iced oat blondie has been tasting like straight up cream and sugar. No espresso insight, it’s the color white. I hope they can get it together and offer some more leadership and guidance for the younger crew. For now I’ll just go to a different coffee shop.

But when they forget something (totally normal) and you politely tell them about it, expect them to snatch that cup right out of your hands, with a dirtiest look and remake it with the same attitude. Has happened to me one too many times here :/ I think they forget that you can see so easily into the location and their attitude is very apparent.

But, my kid begged me to go and I was not disappointed. Menu options galore! You can make just about anything you can imagine from the options they have available. I was impressed with the volume they are able to pump out, and the fact that there was no confusion with the order. It was prompt and accurate. Highly recommend if you have the time to wait a few minutes!
