  I love this 7 brew but absolutely refuse to go on the weekends when it’s busy. The staff here is extremely nice and friendly, they’ve answered a ton of my questions and helped me order different drinks a million times. On the weekends there does tend to be more issues though the lines end up being 20+ cars each, and once you get in line, there’s no way to exit. I also HIGHLY recommend to order less ice in your ice drinks on the weekend, during the week I don’t tend to have an issue but every time I’ve ordered a ice drink on the weekend, they fill the cup up completely with icing you get almost 0 drink. It’s absolutely insane the ice is all the way to the lid on and you get about 3 sips and that’s it. Other than that they have good coffee.

  Today had to be one of the BESTTT services I ever had evennn though it was superrr busy and the lines were wrapped the line was moving pretty fast. The young lady who took my order Nalanie I think that’s how you spell it, She was the sweetesttt ever and I loved how she tried working around the fact that I couldn’t get cupcake in my Fizz. Which I usually get a strawberry white chocolate cupcake fizz, she did give the idea to try a strawberry, white chocolate, vanilla and watermelon fizz it was sooo delicious!! Overall the customer service here is top tier!!

  I had a great first experience at 7 Brew today thanks to Mallory. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and made the whole visit feel welcoming from the moment I pulled up. She was patient while taking my order and answered my questions about the menu. Even though it was busy she kept a positive attitude and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. Mallory’s customer service really stood out and made my day better. Employees like this are a big reason why I will be coming back to 7 Brew.

  Hello, Today 3/1/26 around 1:30 I was going through the line as a usually do, when Joanie came up to my car and started off with “Hey laddies what can I get started for you”. After she had taken my order she stepped away from the car and said “Did not mean to misgender you!”. I am a girl who has recently lost her hair due to medical circumstances and her assuming I was a boy made me feel very uncomfortable and self conscious. I hope that Joanie is not doing this to others as it could seriously affect the mental health and well being of others with a similar issue or any other reason.

  I usually have a great experience here. The service is wonderful and employees are very nice. Shoutout Henry (almost positive that's his name) we LOVE you!! However, today I had an undesirable experience. I waited 30 minutes which is fine and I understand the location is very busy. I usually expect to wait a while and I am fine with it since the product is usually good. However, the product was the issue. I ordered a medium 7 energy with strawberry and watermelon, asking specifically for light ice. However, I was more than disappointed to see that they had given me EXTRA ice. The drink was delicious, but was finished in 5 sips because of the amount of ice! If I'm paying 6-7ish dollars for a drink, I expect to get what I asked for. I don't expect a cup full of ice! I also bought my mom a drink, I got her normal ice but she had less ice than I had!! Still a lot of ice but nearly had the amount I had. This is ridiculous!
