  Every time I come here it’s a bad time. I have been pranked to yell while making an order have waited long with no one else in line. Today I ordered a brisket sandwich and received a ham sandwich. I was at work disappointed and at this point feel it’s a lost cause to go back.

  I’d leave a 1-star review, but it wouldn’t be for the store or its employees. I placed a catering order several days in advance for a 6:30 AM pickup. When I arrived early at 6:15 AM, I was told the store had just received the order. That said, the team on-site was fantastic. They immediately jumped into action, hustled to get everything prepared, and still managed to keep the rest of the store running smoothly. Huge credit to them. The issue is clearly with the catering system. That process needs to be improved.

  Looks like standards are changing and they’re not keeping out cream for coffee anymore. Very sad because I do really like the coffee, but it’s not great without cream. Service was fast, though. Order was made correctly.

  First time at Einstein bros bagels. Sad to say we will never go back. $24 for 6 bagels and 3 cream cheese.....after we got home looked in the bag and there was only 5 bagels! Cashier didn't offer any cheaper options...took forever to get bagels from the back which I though was weird because they were right in front and the employee who was sweeping the floor walked up on us and swept all around our feet. Like sorry we were waiting for our order buddy. Sorry to say we will never be going back here! You rip me off once im done.

  Went in and ordered an iced Americano. The employee said he couldn’t make it. I asked for clarification as to why and he said “I don’t know how to make it”. I then just asked for an iced coffee. He ended up getting something that had very heavy sweet cream in it (didn’t ask for that). At that point I decided to just leave. Very disappointed.
