We waited in the drive thru a very long time for this order, with no one in the drive thru ahead of us ; but since we had ordered it special the really wrong wait didn't seem too unreasonable. However when we got home the cheeseburgers were not plain, so firstly why on earth did it take so long if they didn't even take the time to make the cheeseburgers as they were ordered? We returned to the restaurant with the incorrect order and told the staff, her name tag said Sierra, that we had ordered plain cheeseburgers and instead had gotten regular cheeseburgers and her reaction was so rude that I will never return to the Brodhead Wisconsin, she ripped the bag out of my fiancé's and told him he would have to wait if he really needed plain cheeseburgers. So we patiently waited and when the cheeseburgers were done, she continued to be rude and terrible at her job til the very end. Won't be back
