I don’t think there’s been a single time in 4 years they’ve gotten our order right. They also fill the fries only halfway full, which is probably good for your stomach because they taste like they were made 5 hours ago.

I've been to McDonald's all over the world. This one is the worst. One family owns them all in this area, idk what the issue is.
I haven't been there in a year bc it's that bad, a local ffj. It took them 20 minutes in the drive thru to take the order. Mcds has a McDonaldland special happy meal they're trying to sell to get more business. This location said they had none, just part of the package, and didn't know, didn't think they would ever get them in. Just ridiculous.
Wanted a coke, nope, doesn't work, no soft drinks. Ok, how about a shake? Nope, doesn't work. Ok. I ordered a chicken crispy sandwich, and a double quarter pounder. The chicken sandwich was like deep fried shoe leather, 0 flavor, burnt, 0 juicyness. The burger was the same, but had the flavor of sawdust. Dried out garbage. Tasteless, and only $10 for trash. I should've known there was a problem when the food came out instantly, but they also wanted me to pull ahead?! You wouldn't want to hurt that 20 minute standard service time goal! Totally mismanaged. I might try this place in a year again, but probably not. The best thing to do with food from these locations is to throw it in the trash. Do your stomach a favor. No meanness in this, just honesty.
