Nicer, newer mcdonalds. Food was as expected, slow to be served. The 3 star and these comments for because the female restroom was no usable. The staff was notified on 3 occasions. There answer was to place a caution sign in the floor.

Literally the slowest “FAST FOOD” location I’ve ever been to. After waiting 30 minutes for my order they forgot my sauces and my fries. Asked for them to get them for me and waited another 20 just for that. At the end of the day I would rather go to Olive Garden on a Saturday night during HOMECOMING night than come here during the week.

I ordered two bacon bagel meals and two apple pies I waited 30 mins in drive threw in spot two the car behind me got sick of watting and went in to get her money back to be told she could not and had to wait…as we wait for our food we watch 6 cars behind us get there food and drive away…I called the store and the manager Amanda told me that they have new people on the grill and then she just hung up on me..first of make sure u people are comfortable being on there own before u put them there as one of the kids said he only had four hrs of training..after finally getting my food it was wrong so she brought me the right food and before I left I looked to make sure and nope wrong I went in to get what I was missing and Amanda was at the front and she just shoved my bag at me after I complained…she should not be a manager at all she has no personality and no people skills at all…ur customers are to come first I know as I am a manger myself and you should always try to make ur customers happy but she was so rude…please make sure ur employees are trained fully before putting them on there own…just rude customer service…
