  Tried the big arch today. It was ok but would have been nice if they would have put more than a half dollar size dab of sauce on it. Not worth the price in my opinion.

  Every time I come to this McDonald's the food is always fresh, juicy, and enjoyable. Trust me, with 4 kids we've been to a lot of McDonald's, but this one here in Black River falls is banging!!!! Hannah is awesome, kind, helpful, ready to help and inform you to have the best experience possible when you visit. Thank you Hannah! Hopefully I spelled your name right :)

  Food is always normal mcdons food. Today nobody knows how to say "have a good day" back. Last time we got our food hot and in the bag but had to wait at least 5 minutes for an ice cream cone. Very mid lately.

  This McDonald's needs to get it together! Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain received 2 double hamburgers with only onions. This has happened repeatedly at this location i don't know if the kitchen knows how to read grill slips or can read grill slips? The managers here a rude called about this incident because I had enough of not getting what I ordered and the manager hung up the phone on me really!? At the drive thru window they ask if you want your receipt which they should not ask this if they make a mistake they ask to see your receipt payed for an up charge for large shake when asked if it was large she said no I said we ordered a large we payed the up charge first question I get do you have your receipt? It should never be asked if I wanted a receipt or not, If it's gonna be asked later to see it. If they mess up! Like I'm lying!!! Even went as far as trying to order plain and asked for cup of pickles must of been new employee told me to ask at second window which I did and i get barked back at by manager that I should have done that when I ordered said I did and the employee told me to ask you! This manager has no rights to talk to customers this way same manager for the shake and pickle instances. Do better! People could have allergies and there is reason they don't want it on there burger could open you up to potential lawsuits! Also today the burgers were nasty and dry especially without the cheese that was supposed to be on it and the fries were cold and nasty thank goodness I took drink of my tea to make sure it was sweet at least we got one thing we actually ordered it's pretty horrible ordering sweet tea just to find out it isn't 🙃 had that happen many times at this location also 🙃
