  A employee named Emmett helped me he is SUPER!!! Great experience! I can't understand why 15 miles down the road at the wautoma McDonald's is absolutely terrible! Night and day!

  Buyer beware below. It's not necessarily the place. The place is fine. The food is standard McDonald's food. I almost never eat there (I just prefer other places). But tonight for whatever reason I decided to get food from there. I also decided to try the cool little "McDelivery" thing. It's 2026, right? Pay 35% or 40% more to get your food delivered instead of driving for 5 minutes or whatever. Why not burn money? (Basically.) Well, I waited 45 minutes, then went to pick it up myself. McDonald's had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned "McDelivery" or "DoorDash." In fact, they told me they don't use DoorDash. But it's on their app, man. Anyway, I was hungry, so I picked up my food and decided I'd deal with the massive amount of money I spent on a delivery fee and 20% tip tomorrow. 2 hours later I get a push notification on my phone that my DoorDash delivery was delayed and would be arriving at between 9:29 PM and 9:41 PM. I ordered it at 7 PM. Picked it up just before 8 PM. I followed the hyperlink in the text, clicked on "Help," chatted with a DoorDash agent. I was told they would cancel my order, which I already picked up myself nearly 2 hours prior, they would refund the tip, but they couldn't refund the delivery fee. Revenue. At any cost. They did nothing but advertise on the McDonald's app and just collected my money for a service I didn't actually use and that wasn't even delivered to me. Beware, man. Just go get your own food. Unless you don't care about burning money, I guess.

  Ordered breakfast before they were done serving it, but when I arrived to pick it up, said they couldn't make it and wouldn't offer any alternatives. After multiple bad interactions with rude staff, app changes, and bad communication or willingness to work with people, I think I am done with this place. It's definitely gone downhill over the years.

  Ordered online. Was handed drinks and told to pull into a spot. After 15+ minutes waiting I called. Then I was informed it was a ten minute wait for apple pies. Which is irrelevant. As it had already been 15 minutes. Well another 10-15 minutes before I got my food. And it'll probably be cold. Don't see whats so hard. Or why it took over 20 minutes for a 10 minute apple pie.
