- KLKevin LupkerOct 10, 20211.0McDonald's, on Prairie Ave., in Beloit, WI was once again a PROBLEM!!! Lobby was closed again at 10:45 in the morning, forcing "potential" customers to use the drive-thru. I was attempting to get my wife's usual but because I did not reach the speaker before 11 AM, because of the line, they would not serve me her breakfast item. This "locking the lobby doors" has happened so many times on Saturdays and Sundays that I've lost count. I talked to a manager at another McDonald's and was told that the Prairie Ave. store had no justification for doing this during the day, even if they are "short staffed". I have just about had my fill of this place. Just thought other folks might like to know how this store operates. Oh, by the way, McDonald's customer service will be getting a phone call tomorrow, since they are no longer open on Sunday.
