On top of that, I had to explain THEIR OWN MENU to the staff because they didn’t know what a Fiesta Potato was. After all that, they still forgot to add it. By the time I finally received the potatoes, I had already finished my cold meal—and the potatoes themselves were half-cooked, partially frozen, and inedible. The employees were all on their phones, chit-chatting, completely disengaged and not paying attention to customers. Zero urgency. Zero professionalism. To make things worse, every soda dispenser was out of syrup, so all you get is carbonated water. No notice. No apology. Nothing. Customer service here has truly gone straight to hell in a handbag. I was honestly better off starving in my truck. $20 completely wasted. If you have any self-respect or value your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. You’re far better off spending your money literally anywhere else. Your Thursday night 9pm crew needs replacement BADLY!
