Fries should be crisp! Called them back up and all of a sudde, they claim its not the store but a call center and they'd have to put me thru to the store, 20 minutes later and 3 separate hangups later and nothing, no answer. I'm simply done with this place. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service. Couldn't even get soneone on the phone to give at least a 5 dollar rebate on next order or nothing. Ridiculous
