- SSSiriannaFeb 22, 20261.0This place is a joke. I’ve come here multiple times since moving to Beloit and never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered my drink (toxic expresso) on the app, husband picked it up, and it tasted like it had no coffee in it. It just tasted like chocolate milk. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone. When we got there, the girls were laughing and joking around inside.. but can’t answer their phone? However, they remade it and it was perfect. Today, I ordered the same drink. Picked it up and not enough mocha, and no raspberry flavor. Had them remake it, tasted it, there was mocha and raspberry but no coffee. AGAIN like yesterday. I literally just wanted my coffee. We tried calling them to speak to the manager but no one answered, surprise! We didn’t wanna bother running back and forth again so I just wanted my money refunded. I should’ve went to Starbucks down the road. They messed up literally 3 times in a row. I will never come here again. Do better!!!

So I ask for a blueberry donut and she gestures with her hand to the rack “see no donuts” like ? Ok I guess, and then started talking about the drive thru people getting diabetes for wanting to buy a donut. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and it makes you not want to go there anymore, I’ve tried to speak to someone over 6 times, my calls have just gone straight to voicemail every time.

Also the bagels taste like burnt bread, was forced to eat that today. TERRIBLE!
