  I’ve visited this Dunkin’ twice through the drive-thru, and both experiences were disappointing. Each time, I was greeted with an unwelcoming tone, which is unacceptable. The employees at this location come across as rude, and it really affects the overall experience. Working in customer service means greeting customers with friendliness and respect—even on difficult days. Unfortunately, that standard isn’t being met here. I would highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ on Milwaukee Road instead, where you’re greeted with a smile and treated much more kindly.

  This place is a joke. I’ve come here multiple times since moving to Beloit and never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered my drink (toxic expresso) on the app, husband picked it up, and it tasted like it had no coffee in it. It just tasted like chocolate milk. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone. When we got there, the girls were laughing and joking around inside.. but can’t answer their phone? However, they remade it and it was perfect. Today, I ordered the same drink. Picked it up and not enough mocha, and no raspberry flavor. Had them remake it, tasted it, there was mocha and raspberry but no coffee. AGAIN like yesterday. I literally just wanted my coffee. We tried calling them to speak to the manager but no one answered, surprise! We didn’t wanna bother running back and forth again so I just wanted my money refunded. I should’ve went to Starbucks down the road. They messed up literally 3 times in a row. I will never come here again. Do better!!!

  Awful, the cashier was insanely rude, came in at 9 so I thought they’d have donuts. So I ask for a blueberry donut and she gestures with her hand to the rack “see no donuts” like ? Ok I guess, and then started talking about the drive thru people getting diabetes for wanting to buy a donut. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and it makes you not want to go there anymore, I’ve tried to speak to someone over 6 times, my calls have just gone straight to voicemail every time.

  This place is a joke, constantly messing things up, “not having” things in stock so having to substitute, serving several guests over the course of 20 minutes to bring my order out just to not make my drinks, and not to mention the sandwiches are massively overpriced for what they are. Also the bagels taste like burnt bread, was forced to eat that today. TERRIBLE!
