  I’ve been there a couple of times and every single time the staff is so incredibly rude and cocky. Food is nothing special which I didn’t expect it to be because it’s a chain joint but the service makes it taste even worse.

  I don’t ever leave reviews of places but I felt I needed to voice something. My boyfriend and I love the smoothies and go to the drive through sometimes 2-3 times a week. But, I think the workers need to start being more aware of what they are doing at the window. Every time, there are multiple people standing there on their phones, sometimes sitting on the counter or leaning against the window, and they tend to all stare which can be very awkward sometimes. Today, there were 3 people standing there and a guy was eating and pretending to feed another coworker who was sticking his tongue out and it was just awkward. I’m glad they seem to get along really well and have fun when they are working, but maybe stand somewhere else other than right where we can see you.

  Lady with colorful hair behind the counter was a rude, disrespectful person who clearly shouldn’t be out in public around people. Walked in through their door and went up to counter to order and she rudely told me the lobby is closed and drive thru only. I don’t know why it was allegedly closed, but I told her my car was being serviced next door so I can’t drive thru… sorry can’t help she said and went about her business. Maybe lock your lobby door if it’s closed and go get a job where they don’t let you talk to people!
