  I visited Taco Bell today at 7:21 pm- my order was supposed to be finished @ 7:47. They were slammed with customers- fine I get it you’ve got a line and three people- it’s been 20-30 minutes and I go up to the counter to speak to the staff- an older woman is at the front waiting - I ask her what she’s waiting for - she replied three chicken flatbreads, she was there for forty minutes. She had finally gotten her order- after she had left I heard the manager LAURA speak to another crew member complaining about me and the elderly woman who had a conversation regarding the long wait times- the manager directly mocked the older woman. Afterwards I am reasonably upset as I have no waited close to 40 minutes for two build your owns and a nacho fry. After I approached the manager asking about my order she asks for my name - my name on the app is Alexzander- I said Alex, figuring she could put two and two together- she hands me a cup and then says it will be done soon- I am upset as I have waited for forty minutes and when I try to ask about the bag sitting on the shelf WITH MY NAME it she says “hold on sir, hold on sir, wait sir” when typing in her computer - I speak to another crew member and say “excuse me sir can I speak to you”- Jessie who did wonderful tonight walked up ready to help answer my questions. LAURA the manager of the Taco Bell YELLS loudly when she sees him walking “I AM THE MANAGER AND I AM TELLING YOU TO WAIT” she was obviously upset that I did not want to work with her when I wasn’t being helped- turns out there was another order for an “Alex” which confused her with my Alexzander. After I speak to Jessie he figures out the issue. The manager grabbed my bag and slams it down on the counter with enough attitude that I am surprised the manager with the way she is acting so immature. Waiting 50+ minutes to be yelled at about my $25 order for 3 items is excessive and ridiculous- I will not be returning to this Taco Bell and will be demanding a refund. I find your management to be immature, rude, and unable to properly run a restaurant. It’s not my fault you didn’t have enough staff Laura- it is never okay to YELL at a customer inquiring into their order THEY HAVE WAITING 40+ minutes for. I would like to see Laura be reprimanded for her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. As management it was unprofessional to mock a customer who left and to yell at me because she was confused. I am disappointed.

  Didn't receive all of my order. I had it delivered and the driver told me that the staff at restaurant never gave him the drink. The staff needs to do better. Double check orders before handing them out.

  Twice in the last few weeks, Ive ordered food at about 10pm, and normally it s only a few burritos, but occasionally, I made a full order around 30/35$ worth of stuff. Twice in a row the Mexican pizza was left off/out of the EatStreet delivery order. Thursday was the most recent instance and apart from that, Everything else was made well,. A little less than Piping, but the delivery with a window down answers for that fine, and as someone who did deliver a long while, I get it. No hard feelings,. But a Mexican pizza is nearly $7 on its own for delivery through EatStreet, and was notably the priciest [and probably fussiest] of items in my orders,. But this need be said. All the food I typically get from this location is made right, the ingredients are usually a little more than I expect inside than other locations around locally. But your night shifters need some briefing. As a former employee myself, I know some stuff is a pain to make,.thats no reason to disregard it because its coming up on 11pm and you know most folks wont show up asking about it after ordering delivery. If I had been physically able, I probably would have driven the four miles over to remedy this, knowing it wouldnt be made and sent out on another delivery without ordering again. Not a good look, especially from a community local restauranteur. Thats about fifteen bucks after taxes and fees with nothing to show for that cost in the bag ordered one item short, and always the same one.
