  Super big shout out to the ladies who were kind enough to remake my drink because I forgot to ask for decaf. They truly didn’t have to do that but 7 Brew and the super friendly staff are the talk of my day!!!! Thank you so much

  me and my friend always come here. today, we ordered like usual. 2 separate orders with 2 different phone numbers. simple. no. my friend told the person taking our order we wanted to do 2 separate orders. she ordered her 7 energy with 3 ingredients and cold foam on top. when i order, i said i have a separate phone number and she said the person up front would put it in for me. and i was like ok, never heard of that. get to the front of the line after 30 minutes and the orders were not separate. the workers got confused and all that confusion took an extra 10ish minutes. they also disappeared from the window during the 10 ish minutes and said here’s your drink. this place as no management and any time management either. if you are bored and would like to spend an hour doing nothing, come here then. i have also been to 2 other 7 brew stands and this one is by far the laziest.

  did not care for the order taker girl. She put her body against my car acting like it was her car. Then asked my boyfriend what are you eating it smells good…? 0 respect

  I’m sad because I have heard so many good things about their sweet tea (black tea) and what I got was an unsweetened iced tea. No sugar at all. Just watery and sad. A waste of $4-5. Make sure to try your drinks before leaving. I’d rather have a refund than a remake. Employees were very nice but after tipping 20% for a drink made wrong, it’s disappointing.

  I don't know how the city planners approved their lot layout and access, but it is horrible. The driveway looks like it should be an access road for the neighboring strip mall I was trying to get to. There was zero signage at the entrance, which is set back far behind the actual building, and it doesn't look anything like a driveway for 7 Brew. Because of the disguised entrance, it was too late by the time I was able to figure out my mistake. The driveway turns into a double line drive through that takes up the entire width of the drive around the building. There is no bypass lane to simply drive around and leave; you are committed. I was lucky and able to turn around in some empty parking spaces, but still had to fight against the flood of incoming traffic to get back out. The service also seems very slow. We noticed a vehicle still in the line about 20 min later when driving back by from our shopping trip. If I hadn't been able to get turned around, we would have been looking at a half hour delay or more just to go through their line so we could leave.
