  My experience in Green Bay was it is all run by kids. Not an adult in sight. Music blaring. Looks like a teen pool party. Not professional for something I am going to consume into my body. I got the feeling kids were in the back horsing around with my drink. Expensive for something you can make at home with powders and a blender. $15 for one small and one medium shake. You are at a drive through and they spin the charge screen around to you with a tip request starting at 15% and up. Not great. I am not going back.

  Employees at the E Mason location are all rude. Every time I go I thank them to be polite, however I’ve never got a response back from anyone. Went back to try out and got no cold foam on our drinks. We returned to see if they could add it, the girl grabs my drinks with a straight face looks at her coworker and says “ can you add cold foam” in a tone. I get my drinks back and thanked her regardless of her attitude, again turned around with no response. I just think this location should retrain their staff on being polite to people as it seems to be an issue everytime

  Ive gone to the E Mason location as it’s my nearest location, staff there are always so rude and sarcastic although you try to be nice to them. I always greet them and thank them and they don’t seem to even acknowledge I told them anything. Many times I’ve returned with my coffee as they always somehow forget cold foam or drizzle. Every time I go back they make me feel like I’m being rude for coming back? Even if I try to be as nice as I can. It’s starting to become an issue as I enjoy they’re coffee when it’s done right and it’s my nearest location.
