  I ordered two medium pizzas for carry out, and it said they’d be ready at 3:28. Stopped at the store at 3:25, and they were just starting to make the food. The staff were all going to the back room, repeatedly, instead of going where the food was supposed to have been being made. The food was not “ready” until 3:55. After getting back and being able to eat, the dough was not cooked all the way on the food. I tried calling and the line just kept ringing until it went to a different tone. Waited a few minutes and called back. A guy answered the phone and when I explained the situation he said “your pizza is lost? How does that happen?” I said, “no, it’s raw.” He said “is it raw as in good, or raw as in bad?” I said “who describes food as good when saying it’s raw?” I could clearly understand that the person I was talking to, and others in the background, were high because of those responses, and the way they were talking to me. I asked for their names, and they said they didn’t have one. I asked for their manager, and after a few times of them going “ummmm,” they said they didn’t have one, and then hung up on me. When I called back I got the same responses, and they hung up on me again while one of them were making a sound effect of an explosive projectile landing from the sky as they, I'm assuming because I was hung up on, were moving the phone slowing back to the receiver. They are beyond unprofessional and extremely childish. The most absolute terrible customer service I have ever encountered.

  Ordered a pizza for carry out over the phone. Went to pick it up 15 minutes later (as instructed) to find the doors locked. Don’t take the order if you are closed!!

  If you like to freeze to death, cold food and sticky floors this is the place for you. My food was lukewarm warm and took forever to get. I attempted to dine in while wearing my winter jacket the entire time. The restaurant was FREEZING. Felt warmer outside than inside and it was 30 degrees in Wisconsin today. The restaurant was dirty. I stuck to the floor by the drink machine and my feet stuck to the floor all the way to the freezing gross bathroom. There was ONE employee working in the entire place and lots of people waiting including us. Would not recommend!

  I ordered a Large Pepperoni lovers pizza on line. My kid picked it up for me when he got it home I opened the box and my pizza was mostly crust. I had a large pizza with the toppings of a medium pizza (see picture). Also when I went to order bread sticks they were sold out. This was absolutely ridiculous.
