She is always very polite and smiling every single day when the window opens! Not only is the coffee served wonderful the customer service is wonderful by the night time staff!
- AEAaron EdelsteinNov 29, 20251.0Do not get iced matcha lattes at this location. My girlfriend loves matcha lattes and has complained numerous times on the quality of the lattes she has been given. They consistently fail to thoroughly blend the matcha throughout the drink resulting in large clumps of matcha powder settling at the bottom of the cup. I also am not sure how the blending process works, but almost every matcha latte that is given out ends up being almost 50% foam to liquid. These lattes are almost 7 dollars, yet you are paying for mostly foam. It is ridiculous and I hate to say but it is clearly an example of incompetency among the staff. We have voiced these problems several times, but I do not believe they have ever been communicated or acted on within the establishment. It is pathetic and unacceptable.

However yesterday my wife and I went in for a couple drinks and I noticed the cashier touch her nose and face about 4 to 5 times. Then she made my wife's drink with out washing her hands. About a 6' tall woman with orangish brownish hair. Really grossed me out.
